... High wind watch in effect from Monday morning through Monday
afternoon...

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a high wind
watch, which is in effect from 11 am Monday through 5 PM Monday
afternoon.

* Timing... 11 am Monday through 5 PM Monday

* winds... west 35 to 45 mph sustained with gusts to 60 mph
possible.

* Impacts... mainly to transportation. Increased blow off and blow
over risk for high profile and light weight vehicles especially
on north to south oriented roads.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high wind watch means there is the potential for a hazardous
high wind event. Sustained winds of at least 40 mph... or gusts of
58 mph or stronger may occur. Continue to monitor the latest
forecasts.
