through Monday evening...

* what... heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 10
inches in the foothills and 10 to 18 inches possible in the
Cascades. Heaviest snow accumulations expected in the Wind
River valley and other locations near the Columbia Gorge.

* Where... South Washington Cascades and South Washington Cascade
foothills.

* When... from late Sunday night through Monday evening.

* Additional details... travel may become very difficult. Be sure
to carry chains and a winter emergency kit if you must travel
Monday.
