on slippery Road conditions, including during the evening
commute. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches. Localized
accumulations of up to 8 inches may occur over the highest
elevations, including the Green Mountains of southern Vermont
and the southern foothills of the Adirondacks.

* Where... western and central Mohawk Valley, extreme southern
Adirondacks, Saratoga region and Bennington and eastern
Windham counties in southern Vermont.

* Additional details... be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times. Maximum snowfall rates of up to 1 inch per hour are
expected.
