will happen between the hours of 10 am to 2 PM. Then winds
will diminish in intensity towards sunset this evening, but
breezy conditions are expected to continue overnight.
* Winds... east winds increasing to 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to
* Impacts... difficult driving conditions in north-south roads.
Loose objects may be blown around. Minor damage to weak
vegetation and structures.
Wind gusts this strong can make driving difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
