EST Thursday...

* what... mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of
an inch expected. The highest snow amounts will be in Luzerne
County.

* Where... in Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Wyoming,
Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Wayne counties. In New York,
Sullivan County.

* When... from 10 am Wednesday to 7 am EST Thursday. Snow moves in
late morning to early afternoon. Snow will change to freezing
rain Wednesday evening then continue into the overnight before
changing to rain.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
