Winter Storm Warning
Issued: 4:14 AM EST Nov. 15, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 10 am this morning
to 8 am EST Friday...

* what... heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations of 7 to 10 inches and ice accumulations of up to
one tenth of an inch are expected.

* Where... Elk, Cameron, northern Clinton, northern Lycoming and
Sullivan counties.

* When... from 10 am Thursday to 8 am EST Friday. Heavy snow will
move in from the south during the late morning and continue at
varying intensities through the day and this evening, possibly
mixing with sleet at times near and to the east of Route 15. A
brief period of freezing rain is possible. The precipitation
will likely end as a second period of heavy snow tonight into
early Friday.

* Additional details... plan on difficult travel conditions. Be
prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.
