northeastern Cleveland County in central Oklahoma...

* until 515 PM CDT.

* At 209 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Over
one and one half inches of rain have already fallen in less than
an hour. Flash flooding is occurring or is imminent.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch are possible in the
warned area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
