The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of far southern Indiana and central Kentucky.

* Through Wednesday afternoon

* a cold front is steadily moving toward the region. Ahead of this
front, scattered showers and isolated storms are expected.
Plenty of moisture in the vicinity of this front and saturated
soils will mean any shower or storm will have the potential to
produce heavy rain and flash flooding.

* Locations that see slower-moving storms easily could see one
inch of rain.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
