1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze expected.
Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* Where... Atchison and Doniphan counties in Kansas and Holt,
Andrew, Nodaway, Worth, Gentry, and Harrison counties in
Missouri.

* When... from 4 PM this afternoon to 3 am CST Sunday.

* Additional details... travel could be dangerous due to patchy
blowing snow and reduced visibilities.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Expect slippery
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.




Flood Warning
Issued: 7:41 PM CST Feb. 23, 2019 – National Weather Service

The Flood Warning continues for
the stranger creek at Easton.
* From this evening to Monday afternoon.
* At 7:31 PM Saturday the stage was 14.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise
to near 17.4 feet by Sunday morning. The river will fall below
flood stage by early Sunday afternoon.
* At 17.0 feet... water enters low-lying fields south of Easton.

am CST Sunday...

* Winds... sustained winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

secured.
