highly likely. These conditions will harm or kill uncured crops
and other sensitive vegetation. After midnight, 10 to 15 mph
winds will make outdoor protection of plants more difficult and
ineffective. Bring plants indoors if possible.

* Impact, at 17.0 feet, water is over most of davenport's Le Claire
park and lower parking lots.

* Impact, at 20.0 feet, water affects 5th street at the Mad Creek
bridge as well as the Pearl street station.

* Recent activity, the river is about to begin a broad crest that
will last 1 to 2 days..
* forecast, rise to 15.4 feet today. Fall below flood stage Saturday
morning.
* Impact, at 15.5 feet, water affects residences along County Road
g28 and affects several gravel roads.
