The National Weather Service in Miami has issued a red flag
warning... which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM EDT this
evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* Affected area... fire weather zones 063... 066 and 070.
* Wind... west to northwest 5 mph this morning, increasing to 7 to
12 mph this afternoon.
* Humidity... 30 to 40 percent this afternoon.
* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely see extreme fire
behavior. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
