... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect from noon PST today
through Friday morning for the Carr, Delta, and Mendocino complex
wildfire burn areas...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* burn areas in northern California, including the Carr and Delta
wildfires in Trinity County, and the Mendocino complex in
Mendocino County.

* From noon PST today through Friday morning

* flash floods and debris flows will be a potential threat in the
wildfire burn areas mentioned above. Heavy rainfall at times is
possible over the burn areas.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This could quickly become a dangerous situation. Residents,
emergency responders, and persons traveling within the burn area
should remain alert and take action should heavy rain develop.

A Flash Flood Watch for a burn area means that conditions may
develop that lead to flash floods, Rockslides, and/or debris
flows.



Wind Advisory

... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 4 PM PST this afternoon
above 2500 feet...

* winds... 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45.

* Locations include... exposed ridges above 2500 feet. This
includes Highway summits on Hwy 299 and Hwy 3.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or greater are
expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
