Subject: service Transfer of Lawrence and Randolph counties, AR
          to The Little Rock NWS weather forecast office
          effective October 2, 2018

effective Tuesday, October 2, 2018, at 800 am central daylight time
(cdt), 1300 coordinated Universal time (utc), all NWS warning and
forecast responsibility for Lawrence and Randolph counties, AR,
will be transferred to the NWS weather forecast office (wfo) in
Little Rock, AR (lzk) from WFO Memphis, TN (meg).

Transferring these services will enable more efficient service to
Lawrence and Randolph counties, AR. If October 2 is declared a critical
weather day, this implementation will be postponed to October 4, 2018.
Partners and users must take appropriate action to receive the products
listed in table 2 (short-fused products) and table 3 (long-fused products
and products related to those in table 2, for Lawrence and Randolph
counties, ar), using the new communication headers shown below.
