A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. Be
sure to check Road conditions before traveling in these areas.

... Black ice will cause dangerous driving conditions...

Snow will continue to taper off during the overnight hours.
However, with temperatures forecast to remain below freezing, any
standing water will quickly freeze, causing a number of bridges
and overpasses to become ice covered and slick. Motorists are
urged to use caution when traveling, especially for the morning
commute on Thursday. Slow down and allow extra time to reach your
destination. Temperatures are expected to climb above freezing
during the mid to late morning hours on Thursday.
